Standard of this hotel is okay but furnishings etc are dated and in need of replacing in order to make it of a good standard.

All rooms are small in size and in fair condition. The colour schemes, curtains, carpets and bed coverings are again dated and look worn. The bathrooms are Also in fair condition.

The hotel is often used for conference purposes and so the food and restaurant services are of a high level.

The hotel is of a modern design however the actual building looks somewhat dated and is reminiscent of a 1950's style accomodation block and is not very attractive from the exterior.

The lobby area is of a medium size, modern and clean, however again seems a little dated and in need of refurbishment.
