Centrally situated just up the road from Puerta del Sol and within easy reach of many of Madrid’s major attractions, this guesthouse provides reasonably-priced, comfortable and above all clean accommodation. Located in the old town, the centre of Madrid’s cultural and artistic activity, Hostal Mirentxu is within walking distance of El Prado Fine Arts, the Thyssen and the Reina Sofia museums, the Botanic Gardens, Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. The area is great for shopping and has a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants and very lively nightlife. Getting around Madrid or travelling a little further will not be a problem during your stay as the Sevilla metro station is under 5 minutes’ walk away. Sol metro station is also close by and has 3 different metro lines and direct connections with the Atocha station (AVE high-speed train).

The guesthouse has double and triple rooms with their own private bathroom and double rooms with a shower and a basin but share the toilet. Rooms are provided with towels and bed linen.

Breakfast is served from 9:00-10:30, either in your room or in the lounge-dining room. On offer is coffee, chocolate milk, toast, cakes/pastries and orange juice. Not included in the price of the room. If you require breakfast please let the hostal know in advance.
