As one of the best hotels in Nykoping, the Kompaniet is a perfect stop between Skavsta airport and Stockholm and a very pleasant, well facilitated and nicely designed hotel as a base from which to explore Nykoping and the surrounding area.

All rooms are furnished in a typically Scandinavian style with wooden floors and light pastel or plain coloured decoration. Each room has comfortable beds, ensuite facilities, television, minibar, work area and telephone. The rooms have generous space and a seating area in addition in which to relax.

The restaurant is located next to the lobby and extends onto an outdoor decking area depending on the weather. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant that generally offers a buffet for each meal and consists of both Swedish specialties and international dishes.

Built in the 1980's, this hotel was designed to blend in with local architecture and happens to be on the of the most attractive buildings in the area. Resembling a castle in red brick, set against parkland and water the Kompaniet is a very pleasant place to stay.

Medium in size the lobby has the reception to one side with friendly and attentive staff, a small bar and the hotel restaurant directly in front. Although there is limited seating in the lobby area there is a cosy guest lounge just around the corner.
