It is the first campsite born in the 50s in the hamlet of Toscolano Maderno. The campsite has 100 pitches of different sizes and is divided into two zones, the north one for those who prefer the shade of valuable trees and the south for those who love the sun without compromise. The best and most beautiful beach in the whole town is only a few tens of meters away and is served by a private kiosk. The campsite is equipped with new sanitary facilities and pitches equipped for supply of electricity (6/10 A) accounted, running water, direct sewer drainage from each pitch and camper service service. Bar restaurant and kiosk are able to provide a family service.

There is four cozy and independent two-room apartments of 40 square meters, all on the ground floor. Each apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four people and is the most comfortable solution for families or groups of friends. The room consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two persons, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living area can be extended outdoors through a large covered paved patio: it is the ideal solution for dining or dining in tranquility and more in direct contact with nature. Outside you can park and on the first floor enjoy exclusive solarium with lake view equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. It is not possible to smoke in the apartments.
