This hotel will increase it's room capacity when the rooms have been completed and is scheduled for its official opening in Spring 2001. This will be a great tourist class hotel in a "trendy" location, but is presently still undergoing construction

The rooms which have been completed and are available for sale, are small with basic furnishings and colorful floral, patterned bedspreads and curtains. They are brand new, so of course, very clean with compact, modern bathrooms.

There are currently no restaurants in this hotel, however, there are plenty of trendy eateries within walking distance. After January 1, 2001, the hotel will have a small, diner style restaurant.

A traditional, European style building with a small entrance as the hotel is still undergoing construction.

The lobby and reception desk are small with no lifts. This area is still unfinished as it has only just been built and will still be receiving some final touches. The stone flooring is very modern, and there will be floor to ceiling windows overlooking the street
