This resort is set on a private tropical island, formerly the home of the British High Commissioner prior to Independence in 1970. A relaxed Vanuatu resort. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in this part of the resort.

Island Fares (bungalows) with views of the ocean and the harbour. All Fares feature polished timber floors and new bathrooms. Each Fare features: private bathrooms, shady balcony, air-conditioning & ceiling fans, Australian and international TV (incl. 2 in house movie channels), bar fridge, (mini bar is on request in some rooms), hair dryer, iron/ironing board and IDD phone. No kids under 12 years of age are allowed in this part of the resort. Each room features a 4-poster queen size bed, perfect for couples and honeymooners.

Michener's Restaurant with a-la-carte dining with sweeping water views, specialising in local cuisine and seafood. Bali Hai cafe serves cafe style food and Tanna coffee, open daily. Watermark Bar & Grill is available to all guests including children, locals and day visitors.

Individual island bungalows scattered over the island (some bungalows are located on the hill) with the main complex housing the lobby, restaurant and bar.

A unique Melanesian style lobby with exceptional use made of local timbers. The Lobby opens to Micheners Restaurant and the Bali Hai Bar/Cafe.
