The Reception is found on the ground floor and you can enter from the portico whose vaults are the natural expansion of the hall. Our reception hours are 24h continued porter service. The professional and courteous staff is always available to assist with any requests of our clients, from tickets for events and museums, to rental cars, and reserving tours. Café Ricasoli opens at 7:00 am with an abundant morning breakfast buffet. The Sun Terrace is situated on the top floor and is equipped with showers, tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. The Polihotels Palazzo Ricasoli has a Car Park able to hold over 120 vehicles singularly to pay on the spot. Both the Polihotels Palazzo Ricasoli and underground parking can be accessed directly from the circular road without having to adhere to the restrictions of automobile access in the historical center. Residence Ricasoli is equipped with a Congress Center of 800 square meters. This facility, besides the reception entrance includes 4 rooms of various sizes which can seat from 25 to 100 people, with various types of seating (plateau, tables, chair desks). Secretarial and guest welcome services are also available on request. In the private meeting room of Cafè Ricasoli, coffee breaks and work breakfasts can be organized. Special conventional rental services permit to offer all types of equipment necessary (audio-visual system, simultaneous translating. Etc...)

The hotel does not have a restaurant; however it does have a spacious breakfast room which again contains a tiled ceramic floor. It is decorated in white with wooden tables and chairs.

The hotel is composed of two buildings. The original building of a Renaissance period palace was designed by the famous architect Cosimo Bartoli. The hotel contains an annex which is directly opposite the older building. Rooms in both buildings are identical in terms of standard and comfort.

The lobby is large with the reception desk situated at the far end. It is furnished in a modern style, but simple.
