This is a fine, well located hotel which has benefited from considerable investment over the past few years. 0309SR

The rooms are large on average though their size does vary a little. They are decorated in relatively simple and basic style with slightly old- fashioned furniture and neutral colourschemes. The bathrooms are also rather old fashioned and basic, but are perfectly clean and well maintained. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in good condition.

The restaurant is located just off the lobby and is another high- ceilinged, elegant room. Huge windows make for a pleasantly airy atmosphere.

The building itself is quite impressive with a pale yellow and white facade. It appears very grand from outside.

The large lobby is very grand and elegant with a high ceiling with intricate mouldings and graceful pillars. There is limited seating. The reception desk is, by contrast, rather small.
