The rooms are large and elegantly furnished. All the rooms have remote control television with movie and satellite channels, video, direct dial telephones, bathroom telephone, voice mail, dual voltage power points, bathrobes, minibar and in-room safe.

The hotel has a French restaurant which serves the best of French cuisine with an extensive wine list and a sweeping view of the Al Bustan Bay. The hotel also has an informal modern theme restaurant overlooking the gardens, a bar which serves light snacks, the finest cocktails and liqueurs. There is also a pool bar which is opened daily and a nightclub where traditional Lebanese food is served.

The hotel is a high-rise building in a sandstone colour surrounded by a beautiful garden. To the rear of the hotel there are the mountains and to the front there is a large beach.

The very large lobby features white marble flooring and beautiful mosaic tiled walls. In the centre of the lobby there is a fountain and to the left the guest relations desk and reception.
