Inaugurato nel 2002 il complesso alberghiero comprende un edificio principale a 3 piani e diversi bungalow distribuiti in un ampio, curatissimo giardino. Dispone di 146 camere, di cui 15 suite. Un'accogliente hall, dotata di reception aperta 24 ore su 24, con sportello di cambio valuta e cassetta di sicurezza, dà il benvenuto agli ospiti. La struttura è inoltre attrezzata con 8 ascensori, 5 caffetterie e un'edicola. Nell'imponente struttura trovano posto anche un minimarket, un parrucchiere, un fotografo e vari negozi. Mette inoltre a disposizione 5 bar, un teatro all'aria aperta, una sala giochi, 4 ristoranti à la carte dotati di seggioloni per bambini, 70 sale conferenze e l'accesso a Internet a pagamento. Il servizio lavanderia, il servizio in camera e l'assistenza medica arricchiscono ulteriormente il quadro delle offerte. I piccoli ospiti possono divertirsi nel miniclub o nel parco giochi. Le auto possono essere posteggiate nel parcheggio o nel garage, per le biciclette esiste un apposito deposito. Gli ospiti hanno la possibilità di visitare la chiesa ortodossa del complesso.
