Overview

In addition to light, the main theme of this hotel is its colours. The corridors of the four floors, where the rooms overlook, are distinguished by four different colours: blue, orange, yellow and green, which give intense light to the guests' entrance. The materials used for the wall cladding, glass and resin, thanks to their strong and at the same time transparent colours, widen the space. On the ground, along the sides of the corridor, ribbons of light flow on which are written verses of poets such as Garcia Lorca and Octavio Paz. Those who love to keep fit, in addition to having at their disposal for their jogging the park of the nearby Villa Borghese can go, along the beautiful stairs of illuminated glass, in the basement where there is a small relaxation suite with a sauna, a turkish bath, showers and the possibility to book individual or couples massages.

Our Rooms

The rooms are equipped with the most sophisticated comforts. The hi-tech furniture and bright colors stop behind the door to make room for wood and leather. The floor is made of parquet and the headboard of the bed is composed of panels of Florentine leather assembled by hand. There is also a wireless keyboard for surfing the web and a television with satellite antennas. The bathroom coverings recall the colour of the corridors. A prestigious and personalized courtesy line gives a touch of colour and refinement. A "gem of an author": each room houses a d'après, paintings by authors commissioned and executed with care and quality.

Our Restaurant

In the refined Crystal Bar you can enjoy a wide selection of teas and herbal teas and you can enjoy appetizing appetizers and aperitifs. Happy Hours with different themes are offered weekly.

Our Exterior

This is a typical Roman building in a modern style. The entrance of the hotel is modern in white colour with a long corridor that brings to the reception.

Our Lobby

The former chapel hall, now deconsecrated and philologically restored, offers a very Roman mix of sacred and profane, between ancient and modern. On the cobalt blue cross vaults shine golden stars that bring back the memory of the Byzantine Empire. A thick glass panel with ice blue shades hides and reveals the marble of the altar.
